Maggie and I met Dark Ops downtown today. He took us to the movie set of Everybody Loves Whales. We watched take after take of people walking up and down the courthouse steps. Then we went to the catering room and had lunch. We met many of Dark Ops buddies....all very interesting characters. One was quite the Lisa supporter - as we gave him a Lisa pin he took a very large sniff with the pin full up to his nose. Maggie really enjoyed that show of affection. Dark Ops was quite tickled to show us off. We then gave Dark Ops a "ride" to the Port of Anchorage. This turned into an hour long "drop off" with us having to be screened for security, showing IDs, and meeting with construction workers on who they'd vote for. He offered us access to Governor Sheffield but we passed. Here's a pic of our security permit. I laughed hysterically the whole way back. Maggie thinks I'm nuts......oh and we saw Ted Danson eating food.
