We Went to the Science Fair

I had the bright idea to invite two other children to the madness - luckily Mike came along with us.  The kids had a great time.  Towards the end there were so many people I was totally starting to hyperventilate keeping track of four children.  The guy at the end is one of Heather's heroes - Mike Rowe - just look at the smile on her face!

  

 

 

First Big Play Date = NEVER. AGAIN.

We had TONS of rain during spring break - finally we had some sunshine and everyone had the same idea - dump their kids at chaos.  We ended up with 5 extra and adding Heather and Trevor 7 total.  Too many for me to handle!

Its Easter Time!

We dyed eggs and had a few egg hunts - kiddos love easter!

During Spring Break

Kiddos and I spent some time working and playing.  I took them to the National Zoo - of course Trevor's favorite was the aquarium exhibit.  We did get to see the baby panda too but I didn't think to take photos!

 

We also went to see a bunch of folks try to break a Guiness record for number of people dressed like superheros - yes it was odd but hey its a one time opportunity to watch!  They didn't come close to the record but we enjoyed people watching.

 We also dropped by the Japanese memorial while we were in search of a good hot dog and pretzel in the city.
