Dinner with the staff at Shan-gri-la





Tonight was Jake's night to cook chicken parmesan. Unfortunately, the oven stopped working (I think the ignition has gone) so we had to improvise. KD to the rescue - I cooked the chicken in a pan with some olive oil and then steam baked in a pan with a lid so the cheese melted. I toasted the garlic bread in a pan. It turned out fabulous!
