They had a great time on the indoor playground and playing with the activities.
Trevor, Heather and I headed to Hidden Oaks Nature Center where we went on a night hike and saw 3 deer. We probably would have seen more wildlife, but it was a group of 30 and most of the group (especially the adults to my dismay) did not know how to be very quiet. I was very proud of my two who insisted on staying in the front of the pack (even to the point of plowing through the slow and loud adults) and were the quietest of the group. After our excursion through the woods, there was a campfire where smores were served and interesting stories were told. Heather and Trevor got to hear about how snapping turtle got his flat shell and Possum got his naked tail - they were absolutely entralled! It was a fabulous evening of no humidity and pleasant temperatures.
